In accordance with Section 3.3 (a) of the Town Charter, a Special Meeting of the Town Council will be held as follows:

The purpose of the meeting is to meet in executive session to discuss the proposed settlement of the pending claim of Leinad, Inc. d/b/a Kahoots regarding Town of East Hartford Code of Ordinances, Chapter 8, Article 7, Section 8-60 through 8-79; and to subsequently meet in Regular Session for possible action on such settlement.
